The digested slurry is sent to dilution and settlement system after multi-stage flash, cooling down and depressurization.
Slurry level in flash evaporator is too high will influence flash effect, furthermore, the increase of liquid level will cause slurry mixes into exhausted steam.
Slurry level in flash evaporator is too low, mixture of steam and slurry will occur in the outlet pipe of flash evaporator, and outlet pipe will be abraded by this mixture.
Difficulties- High temperature, high pressure, steam and scaling etc.
