“We are excited about the fifth edition of the Brazilian Aluminium Can Summit, which has already established itself as the most important forum for the sector in the country. The new format, with a congress and interactive activations, symbolizes the maturity of Brazil’s aluminium can industry and strengthens our commitment to innovation, sustainability, and competitiveness. By bringing together different links of our production chain, we create a qualified space for dialogue, collaboration, and a forward-looking vision, highlighting the can as a concrete solution to today’s challenges,” says Cátilo Cândido, executive president of Abralatas.

The program will cover strategic topics such as circular economy, innovation, decarbonisation, shared responsibility, consumer and market trends, consumer communication, and regulatory challenges. The event will be held in a plural and global environment, with simultaneous translation in Portuguese and English.

Brazilian Aluminium Can Summit is sponsored by AkzoNobel, Ecolab, Quaker Houghton, Sherwin Williams, and Stolle Machinery, with institutional support from the Brazilian Aerosol Association (ABAS), the Brazilian Steel Packaging Association (ABEAÇO), the Brazilian Association of Soft Drink and Non-Alcoholic Beverage Industries (ABIR), the Brazilian Beverage Association (ABRABE), the Brazilian Craft Beer Association (Abracerva), the Brazilian Packaging Association (ABRE), the National Association of Recyclable Material Collectors (ANCAT), the Brazilian Beer Industry Association (CERVBRASIL), the Brazilian Cachaça Institute (IBRAC), and the National Beer Industry Union (SINDICERV).
