Commenting on this occasion, Alba’s CEO, Ali Al Baqali, stated:

“Bahraini Women’s Day is not only a celebration of the remarkable achievements of Bahraini women, but also a call to create more pathways for their growth and success. At Alba, we see women as a driving force behind our progress. Today, 45% of our female workforce hold supervisory or higher-level positions -- a testament to our commitment to gender diversity in leadership.”
