Worldwide Aluminium Ltd held its 36th Annual General Meeting on September 30, 2026. Shareholders approved the company’s audited standalone financial statements for FY26, reappointed Parag Jain as a director and approved a special resolution on managerial remuneration.

A separate special resolution approved managerial remuneration of more than 11 per cent of the company’s net profits, calculated under Section 198 of the Companies Act, 2013.
Of the company’s 9,375 registered shareholders, 129 took part in the voting. They represented 153,051 shares out of the company’s 3,286,300 outstanding shares.
Promoter group shareholders voted in favour with 150,000 votes. Public non-institutional shareholders cast 3,051 votes, with around 7.11 per cent voting against the resolutions.
The meeting was held online, with shareholders voting electronically through Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL). All three resolutions were approved, with each receiving 99.86 per cent of the votes in favour.
