The Great Place to Work® certification is globally recognised as a significant benchmark in identifying and acknowledging ideal workplace cultures. Vedanta’s operational unit, individually, received this certification several times over. For instance, Vedanta’s Jharsuguda aluminium smelter in Odisha won GPTW certification six times consecutively, while BALCO secured it four times in a row, and Lanjigarh refinery bagged five times.
