TricorBraun is ready to take over the existing operations of aluminium cans packaging supplier CanSource for an unquoted amount of money.
CanSource was established in 2011 with the sole intention of manufacturing shrink-sleeved, brite and printed cans for both the alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks market. CanSource’s aluminium cans are suitable for craft beer, wine, spirits and other premium drinks. The brand has four separate production lines spread around the US, with its head office in Denver, Colorado.
This new attachment might help in expanding TricorBraun’s beverage packaging expertise, uplifting its outreach in the North American beverage packaging sector.
TricorBraun will reign over all the employees of CanSource as they won’t be leaving their individual duties in the plant, and the company will keep working with the same name under this newfound acquisition.
The president of North America at TricorBraun, Brett Binkowski, asserted: “Our acquisition of CanSource – a company known for exceptional quality, hands-on service and reliability – enables us to provide beverage customers across North America with expanded offerings and services, and more sustainable packaging options. We welcome the CanSource team to the TricorBraun family, and we look forward to investing in the company’s continued growth.”
The CEO of CanSource, Paige Sopcic, exclaimed in a statement: “Partnering with TricorBraun is a significant milestone in CanSource’s history. We’ve admired and respected TricorBraun for years and are excited to join a team who shares the same dedication to quality and customer service while providing multiple opportunities for our expansion and growth.”
