The market welcomes the arrival of 'Aluminium: The Future Metal', penned by NALCO's Ex-CMD
NALCO’s Ex-Chairman & Managing Director, Dr Tapan Kumar Chand, has composed a book titled ‘Aluminium: The Future Metal’, which has been released on Friday, June 16, by the Union Mines Minister Narendra Singh Tomar in Indore.
The book focuses on the entire value chain of aluminium, giving a complete overview of the strategic metal and its futuristic role in the growth of industry and economy. It is the second book written by Dr T.K. Chand, followed by ‘Aluminium: The Strategic Metal,’ which was highly acclaimed by industry leaders and policymakers.
During the launch of the book at the 4th National Conclave on Mines & Minerals, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Union Minister of State for Mines Haribhai Parthibhai Chaudhary, Odisha Mines Minister Prafulla Mallick, and Mines Ministers of many other states were present.
NALCO has also launched a mobile app called ‘NAMASYA’ for micro and small enterprises during the same conclave. The app is specially designed to offer a digital platform to enable micro and small-scale industries to carry out businesses.
