Ten non-ferrous metal output reaches 2.93 million ton in July up by 9.8% in the corresponding period previous year and total amount reaches 19.84 million ton from January to July increasing by 9.9%.
In July,output of copper, aluminum, zinc, tin and nickel grows by 18%, 13.2%, 11.3%, 9.9% and 55.3% respectively except for refined lead that drops by 4.1%.
Affected by national environmental reconstruction, operating rate of aluminum smelter enterprises stay low since this May. Operating rate of large and medium-sized enterprises in Henan and Hunan province even declined to 66% this June which directly affecting the overall domestic output of primary lead.
