Two major solar projects in Western Australia, Bristol Springs Renewable Energy Project and Waroona Energy, merged to establish a new entity. The Bristol Springs project secured development approval for a 355 MW solar generation capacity, whereas Waroona Energy is progressing with its own 241 MW solar project on an adjacent property. JSW Renew Energy commissioned the initial phase of its 810 MW wind energy project in Tamil Nadu with a capacity of 51 MW. Apraava Energy acquired a 300 MW wind energy project in Aski, Karnataka, as part of the 1,200 MW auction capacity for ISTS-connected wind power projects from SECI.
