Sohar Aluminium promotes Omanisation
Sohar Aluminium, represented by Khalfan al Kaasabi, Services Contracts Head, welcomed the attendees. He emphasised Sohar Aluminium’s aspiration in maximising Omanisation among the contractor community through its outsourcing policies and procedures.
“The Omanisation process can be accelerated in administration and management areas, and through training initiatives in areas of welding, pipe fitting, etc without compromising the contractor’s safety and the quality of work,” said Al Balushi.
The Ministry of Manpower is actively seeking the help of private companies in creating job opportunities for Omanis in different fields of employment.
