A meeting of the Board of Directors of Shree Narmada Aluminium Industries Ltd is scheduled to be held on May 28, 2015, to take on record the Audited Financial Results for the quarter / year ended on March 31, 2015 along with report of auditors thereon.
Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for Trading/dealing in the securities of the Company for the directors and other designated employees covered under the Code shall remain closed from May 22, 2015 and reopen after expiry of forty eight (48) hours from the result.
