Shandong boasts as China top alumina producing region in H1 2016

Shandong province took crown as China’s top producing region of alumina , aluminium and aluminium semis in the first half of the year, reported industry sources, citing Henan Nonferrous Metals Industry Bulletin.
Alumina output at top five provinces totaled 27.27 million tonnes, 96.63 per cent of national total. The table below shows the details:
