QUALICOAT enters Indian market with QUALINDAL

QUALICOAT, the world’s leading association of quality control in the lacquering, painting and coating of aluminium, has announced that it will enter into the Indian market through new its entity QUALINDAL. QUALICOAT will officially launch the association on 14 June at 5th ZAK World of Facades conference at Taj Coromandel, Chennai, India.

QUALINDAL is an autonomous, not-for-profit organisation that includes the powder coaters, pre-treatment chemical suppliers, powder suppliers, extruders, system suppliers, architects, developers who all are the stakeholders committed to raise and standardise the quality of surface finish of aluminium and its alloys for the architectural use.
The newly formed association shall be directly affiliated to QUALICOAT.

QUALINDAL will focus on establishing and maintaining quality label, to secure the proprietary rights therein in India and to assume the management of same. The association will have the right to sign agreements with applicators and to monitor that those agreements function properly.

On the development front, QUALINDAL will also harmonize the methods and process used in the paint and coating industry, thereby creating new standard and disseminating the new technologies among the members.
