Orbite Aluminae Inc. is pleased to announce the opening of an information and consultation centre in Grande-Vallee.The facility aims at keeping stakeholders and the general public in the Gaspe region updated on its project to develop its aluminous clay deposits and produce both high purity and smelter grade alumina and to ensure that the needs and expectations of nearby residents are taken into consideration.
The office, in the Eastern district to the Gaspe Peninsula and close to Orbite's aluminous clay deposits, will serve as the company's link to people living in the area. It will allow regular communication on the progress of each phase and will help raise awareness about the socio-economic benefits the project will generate for local communities.
