Nokia has launched Nokia 8, another all-aluminium Android flagship phone in the line of all other android flagship phones launched this year.

The Nokia 8 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 like every other flagship Android phone and armed with a QHD screen, 4GB of memory, 64GB of storage, and the obligatory dual-camera setup. Nokia 8 is due for release in September worldwide ex-US and the phone is expected to be as exciting as its generic aluminium body, as suggested by its spec sheet.
Nokia promises a reliable, well-built Android phone with few software modifications and a reasonable price tag. The aluminium body is 7.9mm at its thickest point tapering out to 4.6mm at the edges and comfortably curves at the back. It comes in "Polished Copper" and "Polished Blue" finishes, and sports an exterior of solid aluminium instead of fragile glass that gives style with no strength. The metal body is bordered by volume and power buttons on the right, and combination SIM card and microSD card slot on the left and its curves onto the crisp 5.3-inch, IPS, QHD display.

The phone lacks the vibrancy and quirkiness of Lumia 800 and spring-loaded 7110. Nokia 8 looks pretty simple as company's first flagship after being freed from the formal limitations of Microsoft. Nokia 8 is expected to attract consumers with its solid aluminium body and interesting spec sheet.
