Manaksia Aluminium Co., an India-based mining and metal company engaged in manufacturing secondary aluminium products like aluminium rolled, sheets and coils, has announced its financials for the March 2025 quarter, highlighting increased sales and net profit.

Q4 financials
In the last quarter of FY 2024-25, the firm witnessed an increase in sales by 16.45 per cent, amounting to INR 137.07 crores (USD 16.46 million) vs INR 117.71 crores (USD 14.09 million), in Q4 FY2023-24.
In case of net profit, the firm generated INR 2 crore (USD 2.42 million) in Q4 FY2025, which was 27.4 per cent higher than INR 1.57 crore (USD 1.90 million) during the corresponding period of the previous year.
Q1, Q2 and Q3 at a glance
In the financial year 2024–2025, the firm began with a relatively weak Q1, recording sales of INR 81.72 crore and a net profit of INR 0.71 crore. However, it made a strong recovery in Q2, with sales jumping to INR 150.61 crore and net profit increasing to INR 1.68 crore. In Q3, while the company maintained a strong overall performance, it experienced a slight dip from the previous quarter, with sales totalling INR 139.74 crore and net profit at INR 1.65 crore.
Full-year financial performance - FY24 vs FY25
Manaksia Aluminium’s consolidated net profit through FY2025 was recorded at INR 6.05 crores (USD 7.33 million), up by 18.86 per cent from INR 5.09 crore (USD 6.16 million) a year ago.
The total sales of the firm stood at INR 509.15 crore (USD 61.72 million) in the full year ended March 31, 2025, representing an upward movement of 17.73 per cent from INR 432.49 crore (USD 52.4 million) in FY2024.
Stock price movement
In a meeting held on May 20, 2025, the firm made an announcement to its board of directors that all shareholders would be receiving the final dividend of INR 0.07 (USD 0.00085) per equity share, which is 7 per cent. However, this is yet to be confirmed and approved by the shareholders.
However, despite recording a strong financial performance in FY2025, Manaksia’s stock price on May 21, 2025, closed at INR 26.41, after descending from the opening price of INR 27.20. Today’s closing price is also down from the previous day’s INR 26.74. Month-on-month, today’s price also remains flat compared to INR 26.36.
