
Recently, Maan Aluminium has announced plans to accumulate INR 8.319 billion (USD 100 million approx.) through a preferential allotment of 5.9 million equity shares, priced at INR 141 (USD 1.70 approx) per share. The proposal will be discussed for shareholders’ approval at an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled for 29 November 2025.

According to the company, the capital will be channelled towards key growth initiatives. Around INR 4 billion will go into aluminium extrusion projects aimed at expanding manufacturing capacity and modernising existing infrastructure.
Additionally, an INR 2.8 billion (USD 33.73 million approx.) will be allocated towards capital requirements, while INR 151.9 crore (USD 18.3 million approx.) will sponsor general corporate purposes. It involves 39 investors, including promoter Ravinder Nath Jain, who is set to receive over 1.2 million shares. The pricing reference date for the issue is scheduled for 30 October 2025.
The promoter shareholding will reduce from 58.87 per cent to 55.82 per cent. This will increase the company’s public shareholding a bit, and the new shares will have a lock-in period of eighteen months for promoters and six months for public allottees, according to the regulations.

The latest issue identifies a step further to reinforce Maan Aluminium’s financial status and sponsor its expansion goals in the aluminium industry in the domestic space. With a significant share of funds allocated towards capital expenditure, the company remains focused on scaling its extrusion operations and strengthening its production efficiency.
According to the market analysts, they are going to evaluate how effectively funds are being deployed and whether capital infusion perfectly translates into improved operational performance. It is going to impact the profitability in the coming quarters.
