
Benchmark aluminium price on London Metal Exchange declined by 1.06 per cent on Monday, 11 January 2021, standing at US$ 2008 per tonne. The price was US$ 2029.5 per tonne on Friday January 8.
As of Monday January 11, LME aluminium cash (bid) price stands at US$ 2008 per tonne, LME official settlement price stands at US$ 2008 per tonne; 3-months bid price stands at US$ 2008 per tonne, 3-months offer price is US$ 2008 per tonne; Dec 21 bid price stands at US$ 2079.50 per tonne, and Dec 21 offer price stands at US$ 2079.50 per tonne.
The LME aluminium opening stock stood at 1305825 tonnes. Live Warrants totalled 1185150 tonnes, and Cancelled Warrants were 120675 tonnes.
LME aluminium 3-months Asian Reference Price is hovering at US$ 2005.21per tonne.
SHFE Aluminium Price Trend
Benchmark aluminium price for SHFE decreased to US$ 2337 per tonne on Tuesday, 12 January 2021.
SHFE nonferrous metals all closed lower on Monday, 11 January 2021. SHFE aluminium declined 2.66%. Shanghai base metals fell across the board in overnight trading and aluminium declined 1.32%.
