LME aluminium price closed the week lower at US$ 2135/t; SHFE aluminium edged up 0.89%
Benchmark aluminium price on London Metal Exchange decreased by 0.56% to US$ 2135 per tonne on Friday, February 19, from US$ 2147 per tonne on Thursday.
As of Friday, February 19, LME aluminium cash (bid) price stands at US$ 2135per tonne, LME official settlement price stands at US$ 2135 per tonne; 3-months bid price stands at US$ 2150.50 per tonne, 3-months offer price is US$ 2150.50per tonne; Dec 22 bid price stands at US$ 2199.50 per tonne, and Dec 22 offer price stands at US$ 2199.50per tonne.
The LME aluminium opening stock stood at 1354150 tonnes. Live Warrants totalled 1127875 tonnes, and Cancelled Warrants were 226275 tonnes.
LME aluminium 3-months Asian Reference Price is hovering at US$ 2144.01per tonne.
SHFE Aluminium Price Trend
Benchmark aluminium price for SHFE increased to stand at US$ 2572 per tonne on Monday, 22 February 2021.
The most-liquid SHFE 2104 aluminium contract finished the day 0.89% higher at RMB16,490 per tonne. Open interest rose 17,822 lots to 190,832 lots.
