Kazakhstan Jan-Sep Aluminum Output Up On Year

Kazakhstan produced 1.4 million metric tons of primary aluminum in January-September.
This is 2.5% more than what it was in the corresponding period last year, the state statistics agency reported Monday.
Zinc output during the period was the same as last year at 239,700 tons. Copper output fell by 1.4% to 248,700 tons.
Gold output increased by 31.3% on the year to 27.5 tons and silver output increased by 18.7% to 476.7 tons.
