
Ardagh Group S.A. (Ardagh), which deals in aluminium beverage packaging, recently announced that its present Group CFO, John Sheehan, would be resigning from his post by the end of this year. Mr Sheehan had informed the Board about this decision at the beginning of the year.

Meanwhile, Ardagh is conducting the appointment process of a new successor to his position, which would be announced by the company in the near future.

Mark Porto, Executive Chairman, Ardagh, stated, “We are extremely grateful to John for his commitment and diligence in delaying his planned departure until successful completion of the recapitalisation transaction earlier this month. John is very highly regarded within and beyond Ardagh, and he departs with our warmest wishes and much appreciation for his significant contribution.”
