FIMI Machinery: At FIMI, “customer care” starts long before a project is signed. From the very first proposal, we work to identify the best solution for each customer. Our commitment continues with a strong focus on after-sales support, thanks to a highly efficient Service division.
Once a customer places their trust in us, the collaboration doesn’t stop at delivery. We stay closely connected throughout the entire lifecycle of the plant— offering support, ensuring smooth operation, and collecting valuable feedback. This constant exchange helps us refine and improve our technologies, while our drive for innovation ensures we remain one step ahead of the competition.
AL Circle: FIMI offers a wide array of lines—such as tension-levelling, degreasing/pre-treatment, slitting, cut-to-length, coating, and packing—especially for aluminium processing. Which product lines do you plan to spotlight at ALUEXPO and why?
FIMI Machinery: We will showcase our full portfolio of production and processing lines. However, given the growing demand from the global market and recent orders, we will place special emphasis on our aluminium strip degreasing solutions, which combine alkaline, acid, or hybrid methods.
AL Circle: Can you share how your “digital servitization” model—from design to commissioning and ongoing support—differentiates FIMI’s customer engagement and long-term reliability?
FIMI Machinery: FIMI doesn’t sell what’s “in our pocket”—we sell what customers really need. That requires deep material expertise and the ability to design tailored solutions. Our greatest satisfaction is knowing that an installation runs exactly as promised.
