Baglietto has launched the first unit of its 50-metre Fast50 series, the all-aluminium flagship of the shipyard's Fast range. The yacht, which was unveiled in 2024 and sold shortly after its debut, will now undergo final outfitting and sea trials ahead of its scheduled delivery later this year.
{alcircleadd}Designed by Francesco Paszkowski, with naval architecture by Pierluigi Ausonio and interiors developed by Paszkowski in collaboration with Margherita Casprini, the yacht reinterprets Baglietto's heritage of high-performance aluminium vessels while incorporating design elements from the shipyard's more recent T-line models.
The 50-metre yacht remains below the 500GT threshold and is powered by four MTU 2000 M96L engines, giving it a top speed of 30 knots. Developed entirely in aluminium, the vessel combines performance-focused engineering with expanded onboard living spaces.

Among its standout features is a two-level stern with fold-down bulwarks that enlarge the beach club area. Full-height opening windows on the main and upper decks strengthen the connection between interior and exterior spaces, while the three-deck configuration accommodates a full-beam owner's suite and increased interior volume.
The yacht can accommodate up to 10 guests across five cabins, including an owner's suite, two VIP cabins and two twin cabins. Crew accommodation comprises five cabins, including quarters for the captain.
Outdoor spaces include multiple lounge and dining areas, a Jacuzzi positioned forward on the upper deck and a private rooftop retreat. The yacht also features a flooding garage capable of launching and recovering a tender of up to seven metres, as well as a second garage located forward.
Interior finishes include teak, lacquered surfaces and burnt oak, while weight-saving measures such as titanium handrails and a limited use of natural stone were incorporated throughout the project. Automotive-inspired styling cues include integrated air intakes and a custom "Porsche Chalk" hull finish developed with Italian coatings specialist Boero.
“This project perfectly represents our vision: sporty yachts with a strong identity, yet architecturally and technically advanced, and deeply tailored around the owner's lifestyle,” said Fabio Ermetto, Baglietto chief commercial officer .
At the same time, Spanish shipbuilder Moggaro Aluminium Yachts has completed the delivery of four 16-metre hybrid dive boats to Saudi Arabia’s Neom, demonstrating aluminium’s expanding role in recreational, accessible and environmentally conscious marine transport.
