"Thanks to the trust of the users, we have once again witnessed the "Wenjie speed"! This new car brings innovative intelligent range-extending technology, which allows the vehicle to automatically adjust according to road conditions, with abundant power and further reduced energy consumption. In addition, the HarmonyOS smart cockpit and HUAWEI ADS 2.0 high-end smart driving solution "Double Smart Ceiling" have won a lot of praise and word of mouth," said Huawei Smart Car Business Chief Yu Chengdong.

Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chongqing, Hangzhou, Chengdu, Suzhou, Nanjing, Zhengzhou, Dongguan, Changsha, Xi'an, Wuhan, Ningbo, and Jinan are among the 15 cities slated for commercial usage in Q3. Huawei ADS 2.0 high-end intelligent driving technology and HarmonyOS innovative cockpit 3.0 are standard in the AITO M5 smart driving edition.

Sustainability in the global aluminium industry

As per AL Circle's Outlook report, aluminium usage in the transportation sector stood at 25.9 million tonnes in 2022. The demand is likely to reach 26.3 million tonnes in 2023. Passenger cars are the largest user segment of aluminium amongst other transport sectors. With the benefits of aluminium being fully realised, aluminium usage in passenger cars is likely to increase at a healthy pace as the sales of new cars pick up the pace.
