Hawkins & Brimble has reportedly teamed with The Marine Conservation Society to introduce a range of sustainable men’s grooming products, replacing plastic packing with aluminium refillable 250 cans. The new lines of products include lip balm, hairspray, and eau de parfum in either 100 per cent glass or aluminium bottles.

Chief executive Stephen Shortt said: "It's a big deal for me personally. We really want to be active with charitable work and their cause is in line with my view on plastics and the eco issue of the day.
He also said, "We've been working with them on new products to bring to market this year. We are moving away from plastics completely by the end of 2021."
The new range of products will be available on the company’s website from June 2021.
Marine Conservation Society corporate partnerships manager Richard Roberts said: "We were delighted when Hawkins & Brimble approached us with an aim of working together and to support the funding of our work.”
He also said, "Hawkins & Brimble is making impressive progress to totally eliminate single use plastic from their business."
He continued: "Single use plastic is hugely damaging for our beautiful marine environment and we applaud Hawkins & Brimble for their commitment to minimising their impact. We are excited to work together to spread the word about how amazing our marine environment is, and how important it is to look after it."
