Stuart A. Taylor II, Chairman of the Board of Directors, said, “They are both proven executives with strong financial expertise grounded in operations.”

Nicosia is the Chief Executive Officer of Maker's Pride, a US contract packaged food manufacturer, and has more than 30 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. She spent much of her career at The Coca-Cola Company, where she held leadership roles including President of Canada and the Northeast US and Chief Procurement Officer. She started her career at PepsiCo and Kraft Foods Group.

Nicosia also served on the board of Foot Locker from 2020 to 2025 and chaired its Audit Committee. At Ball, she will serve on the Nominating/Corporate Governance Committee and Finance Committee.

Buck retired from W. L. Gore & Associates in 2025 after five years as Chief Financial Officer. She previously served as CFO of Waters Corporation from 2017 to 2020 and Libbey from 2012 to 2016.

She spent nearly two decades at Whirlpool Corporation, where she held senior finance and operating roles, after beginning her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Buck currently serves on the board of Lennox International and chairs its Audit Committee. At Ball, she will join the Audit Committee and Finance Committee.

Taylor further said, “Their combined leadership across global manufacturing, procurement and finance will strengthen the Board's ability to support management as we advance our operational performance and profitable growth priorities.”

Ball, a major producer of aluminium packaging solutions, serves customers in the beverage, personal care and household products sectors. The company has around 16,000 employees across more than 65 manufacturing plants and facilities worldwide and reported around USD 13 billion in net sales in 2025.
