Granco Clark bags supply contracts from Aisin Light Metals and Kobelco Aluminum

<p>Leading engineering service provider and durable equipment supplier Granco Clark has bagged two prestigious contracts- one from Kobelco Aluminum Products and Extrusions, Inc. and Aisin Light Metals- both requiring the supply of critical manufacturing technology solutions. <br /><br />For Aisin Light Metals of Marion IL., Granco Clark will be supplying a Billet De-Stacker, Billet Hot-Jet Furnace, Transveyor, Taper Quench and SCS Extrude that will provide them with production efficiency. The Billet De-Stacker transfers cut billets, overhead, from the jig to the furnace pusher. Once to peak temp from the Hot-Jet Furnace, the billets will then move to the Taper Quench which provides a uniform billet quench and/or a longitudinal tape cooling in billets prior to the extrusion process.<br /><br />Granco Clark&rsquo;s SCS Extrude software provides powerful diagnostics with system diagrams, step-by-step troubleshooting instructions and graphics. The scope of supply includes the equipment supplier&rsquo;s next generation high efficiency log furnace, hot billet sawing, a billet taper quench system, eight IR die ovens, a high performance/high impact spray quench, 24&rsquo; air quench, cut-on-the fly double puller system, high velocity cooling ducts, stretcher, a complete belt/conveyor system, ECS (Extrusion Cutting System) and gauge with scrap handling, age oven, extrusion stacking system, age oven rack stacking, powered roll rack conveyor with lift/transfers, and age oven rack de-stacking. <br /><br />{googleAdsense}<br /><br />This project will also have Granco Clark&rsquo;s SCS Extrude software that provides powerful diagnostics with system diagrams, step-by-step troubleshooting instructions<br />and graphics.</p>
