Exploration Orbite V.S.P.A. Inc., developer of the Grande Vallée aluminous clay deposits in the Gaspé, said Wednesday that Guy Boucher, a former Domtar Corp. executive with long experience in the natural resource sector, has been named legal counsel and head of sustainable development.
