European aluminium foil manufacturer acquires South Korean distributor

i2r Packaging Solutions, a leading European manufacturer of aluminium foil containers, has announced that the company has acquired its former South Korean distributor. However, the company has not provided any details on acquisition cost.

The company has unveiled the results of a brand makeover at Packaging Innovations at the NEC on 1-2 March 2017. The new look, including a new logo, website and associated collateral, is currently being rolled out.
