Ess Dee Aluminium announced Tuesday that its board of directors has recommended a dividend of 20% or INR 2 a share of INR 10 each.
The declaration and payment of dividend is subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
Shares of the company gained INR 6.95, or 1.27%, to settle at INR 554.70. The total volume of shares traded was 51,170 at the BSE on Tuesday.
