
The leading mining solution provider in Australia, Emeco has sealed a deal for dispersal services with a renowned industrial asset disposition and management company.

By the agreement, Emeco teams with the auctioneer to get competitive marketing and sales solutions regarding dispersing heavy earthmoving equipment.
Emeco is one of Australia's most extensive, independent mining equipment rental companies with operations in all key mining regions of the country. With headquarters in Perth, Western Australia, Emeco provides tailored earthmoving equipment solutions to mining companies. In addition to its impressive rental fleet, Emeco has a network of maintenance and component rebuilding workshops across the country.
Steve Crofts, the General Manager for Global Assets at Emeco, said, "The business had been in the mining industry for 50 years providing heavy earthmoving equipment to mining companies and contractors across bauxite, among others like coal, gold, copper, bauxite and iron ore."
Australia is the world's largest producer of bauxite, with production amounting to an estimated 110 million metric tonnes in 2021.
"We are pleased to start selling surplus assets to the global mining industry," he said.
There are close to 1300 employees supporting Emeco's operations, an experienced management team equipped with proprietary asset management and fleet optimization technology, and more than 1000 units of heavy equipment from quality manufacturers such as Caterpillar, Hitachi, Liebherr, and Komatsu.
