CASETiFY reveals Star Wars inspired special edition aluminium phone case

CASETiFY has released its Star Wars Day N-1 Starfighter Collector’s Edition Box Set in George Lucas’s honour. CASETiFY and The Mandalorian have collaborated to launch a series of aluminium-finished phone cases and tech accessories for the third season of the Star Wars show.

As Leonard remarks in The Big Bang Theory, the company, too, wishes its customers “May the 4th be with you” with this limited edition collectable item.

The special series takes inspiration from The Mandalorian and consists of a Modified N-1 Starfighter case with inscriptions of the spacecraft that defended Naboo. The phone case has been forged with aluminium, giving a glazy, reflective effect that resembles the utopian timeline.

Aluminium has always been associated with space and astronomy. We have found astounding examples of aluminium use in space in the past, and it is continuously gaining more repartee. But with this limited edition series, CASETiFY has prioritised the use of aluminium in making ornamental objects.

The box also features a silver phone case with an effigy of Din Djarin’s Mandalorian helmet. The Grogu AirPods Case has become the most sought-after product in CASETiFY’s recent The Mandalorian collaboration.

It is just mesmerising how a fictional franchise can rule over the world and the space for more than a decade, and these CASETiFY special edition items are the truest form of validation. There are other brands like Fossil and Apple that have come up with Star Wars merchandise to commemorate May 4.
