To commemorate Okocim Brewery’s 180th anniversary, CANPACK has partnered with the iconic brand to create a special limited-edition can collection. Featuring refreshed designs for flavoured non-alcoholic and low-alcoholic beer lines, the cans proudly display the anniversary logo and are now part of the brewery’s portfolio.

Okocim, deeply rooted in Brzesko’s culture and history for nearly two centuries, continues to embody tradition through brewing techniques passed down through generations and flavours crafted with care. Since its founding in 1845 by Jan Goetz, Okocim has remained committed to using the finest barley malt, hops, yeast and water. Acquired by Carlsberg Group in 1996 and becoming part of Carlsberg Polska in 2001, the brewery has also pioneered innovations, from producing Poland’s first keg beer to launching its first canned and non-alcoholic beer, Karmi.
CANPACK shares a long history with Okocim, having opened its first factory in Brzesko 30 years ago. The very first CANPACK cans were produced for Okocim, laying the foundation for a partnership built on mutual trust and a shared belief in design and technology excellence.

“Over the past 30 years, we have delivered millions of cans to Okocim, and we’re looking forward to the next years of creating a unique history together,” said Lesław Mika, CANPACK Group Sales Director.
Marcin Będlin, Okocim Brewery Director, added: “180 years ago, the Okocim Brewery was born in Brzesko, and 150 years later, the first CANPACK factory in Poland was established in the same city. Today, more than half of our beer reaches consumers in aluminium cans. We continually develop joint initiatives to reduce the consumption of primary raw materials and the carbon footprint of production and transportation. We are proud that, as the Okocim Brewery, we can be an important part of the 30-year history of CANPACK.”
The CANPACK graphics team worked closely with Okocim’s brand team to refine every detail of the anniversary designs.
“No matter the challenge, whether it’s a limited-edition can, a new design, or a complete rebrand, we bring the customer’s creativity to life, and that is a great feeling. For three decades, we’ve approached every can design execution with passion, precision and commitment,” said Dariusz Pająk, CANPACK Graphics Studio Director.
“Our partnership with CANPACK combines expertise and trust. Their technical guidance ensured the anniversary cans perfectly capture our brand’s refined and distinctive character,” added Klaudia Cieślak, Okocim Senior Marketing Specialist.
CANPACK continues to deliver bold packaging concepts with best-in-class manufacturing and technical precision, supporting its customers in bringing creative visions to life.
