
As per Deloitte Insights, the recovery in the Brazilian economic activity in the third quarter of 2020 is welcome news for a country that is trying to shake off a tragic year as COVID-19 continues to infect people and claim lives. However, it is too early to predict the nature of the economic rebound or even if it will continue, as, in other countries, the economic outlook in Brazil will depend on the trajectory of the pandemic.

The largest country in South America has recorded with the export of 16,523 tonnes of aluminium household articles and the revenue earnings stood at $148.20 million. The export for 2020 stood at 13,606 tonnes and the earnings remained at $134 million. When the aluminium household articles export volume and earnings for 2020 get added with the previous two years, it signifies 30,129 tonnes $282.20 million respectively.

Brazil’s export for aluminium household articles for 2018 remained at 6708 tonnes only and the foreign revenue earnings stood at $64.20 million, whereas, in 2019 the export saw a rise by 46.31%, as the export grew to 9815 tonnes and the earnings accounted for the export grew to $84 million.
The export for 2020 also unveiled growth by 38.62%, as the export inflated to 13,606 tonnes and the earnings also augmented to $134 million.
Brazil’s major destinations for the exportation of aluminium household articles are Argentina, Bolivia, Belgium, Cambodia, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Rep., Ecuador, El Salvador, Ethiopia, etc.
