Base metals drop on global cues

Barring aluminum most of the base metals dropped at the nonferrous metal market due to subdued industrial demand as well as stockists selling following weakening trend in global markets.
On the other hand, aluminum rose owing to better offtake from consumer industries. The industrial metals edged lower at the LME on concerns over weak manufacturing data from US and China indicating slowing global economy.
