AusGroup to provide services to Alcoa refinery in Australia

AusGroup’s subsidiary AGC Industries has secured a contract from Australia based Alcoa to carry out the management and execution of core multi-disciplinary services (MDS) to its Wagerup refinery located in Western Australia.
Under the terms of the five-year contract, AGC will provide range of mechanical, electrical and scaffolding services.
The contract is valued at more than $50m and is in addition to the maintenance services contract, which the company secured in 2007 for Alcoa's other alumina refineries throughout Western Australia.
