Aluminum reports net profit in March 2011 quarter

Bhoruka Aluminum reported net profit of INR 0.13 crore in the quarter ended March 2011. Sales reported to INR 39.04 crore in the quarter ended March 2011.
For the audited full year, net profit reported to INR 1.43 crore in the year ended March 2011. Sales reported to INR 148.85 crore in the year ended March 2011.
As per the scheme of amalgamation, Bhoruak Agro Greens Limited was amalgamated with the company with effect from January 25th 2011. Hence, the current quarter and full year ended March 2011 are not comparale with the corresponding previous quarter and full year ended March 2010.
