
The average spot alumina price has extended growth by RMB 8 per tonne on Tuesday, 21 April 2020. The price now stands at RMB 2123 per tonne. The alumina prices remain unchanged across all major markets in China, except North market.

The average price of Alumina-North has increased by RMB 10 per tonne to stand at RMB 2135 per tonne. The average price is expected to range at RMB 2100-2170 per tonne. The prices in East, Central and South markets remain unchanged at RMB 2115 per tonne, RMB 2115 per tonne and RMB 2520 per tonne.
After a continuous rise for the past eight days in a row, A00 aluminium ingot price has declined by RMB 240 per tonne from its earlier price to RMB 12260 per tonne today. The price is expected to move within a range of RMB 12240-12280 per tonne. Spot aluminium contract is likely to be traded at a premium of RMB20-60 per tonne.
Aluminium ingot prices in Foshan and Wuxi stand at RMB 12300 per tonne and RMB 12250 per tonne, down RMB 230 per tonne and RMB 240 per tonne. The prices in Hangzhou, Chongqing, Shenyang, Tianjin, Linyi, and Gongyi have decreased to stand at RMB 12260 per tonne, RMB 12290 per tonne, RMB 12305 per tonne, RMB 12280 per tonne, RMB 12370 per tonne and RMB 12285 per tonne.
The aluminium alloy (ADC12) price was down by RMB 50 per tonne to RMB 13850 per tonne. The price is expected to range at RMB 13750 per tonne-13950 per tonne. The prices of aluminium alloys in East and South stood at RMB 13850 per tonne and RMB 13650 per tonne, a decrease of RMB 50 per tonne each.
The Aluminium alloy (A380) and Aluminium alloy (A356) inched down by RMB 50 per tonne and RMB 250 per tonne to RMB 14750 per tonne and RMB 12950 per tonne on Tuesday, 21 April 2020.
