
The average spot alumina price stands at RMB 2461 per tonne on Thursday, 06 February 2020, an increase of RMB 5 per tonne or 0.20 per cent from RMB 2456 per tonne. The alumina prices in China have increased in East and Central markets.

The average prices of Alumina-East and Alumina-Central have risen by RMB 5 per tonne and RMB 10 per tonne to stand at RMB 2455 per tonne and RMB 2480 per tonne. Their average prices are expected to range at RMB 2440-2470 per tonne and RMB 2470-2490 per tonne. The price in North Central and South China markets remain unchanged at RMB 2470 per tonne and RMB 2520 per tonne.
Alumina (Imported) price has increased to RMB 2520 per tonne, representing an increase of RMB 20 per tonne or 0.80 per cent from RMB 2500 per tonne. The last drop was on December 11, 2019. The average price is expected to move within a range of RMB 2490-2550 per tonne.
A00 aluminium ingot price has risen by RMB 50 per tonne from its earlier price to RMB13460 per tonne. This records a growth of RMB 50 per tonne or 0.37 per cent. The price is expected to move within a range of RMB 13490-13530 per tonne. Spot aluminium contract is likely to be traded at a discount of RMB130-90 per tonne.

Aluminium ingot prices in Foshan and Wuxi stand at RMB 13590 per tonne and RMB 13530 per tonne, up RMB 40 per tonne and RMB 50 per tonne. The prices in Hangzhou, Chongqing, Shenyang, Tianjin, Linyi, and Gongyi have increased to stand at RMB 13530 per tonne, RMB 13550 per tonne, RMB 13510 per tonne, RMB 13530 per tonne, RMB 13590 per tonne and RMB 13460 per tonne.
The Aluminium alloy (ZLD102) and Aluminium alloy (ZLD104) prices have increased by RMB 50 per tonne each to RMB 14100 per tonne each. The aluminium alloy (A356) price is also up by RMB 50 per tonne to RMB 14200 per tonne.
