
As updated by Shanghai Metals Market, average spot alumina price in China has decreased by RMB 7 per tonne to stand at RMB 2294 per tonne on Friday, 23 October 2020, after declining by RMB 5 per tonne on October 22.

The prices of alumina in Shanxi, Guizhou, and Guangxi China markets have dropped by RMB 10 per tonne, RMB 25 per tonne and RMB 10 per tonne to stand at RMB 2280 per tonne, RMB 2315 per tonne and RMB 2320 per tonne on Friday, 23 October 2020. Alumina prices in Shandong and Henan have remained unchanged at RMB 2285 per tonne and RMB 2300 per tonne.
Alumina (Imported) price has declined to RMB 2310 per tonne on October 23, representing a drop of RMB 10 per tonne. The average price is expected to move within a range of RMB 2300-2320 per tonne.
A00 aluminium ingot price has inched down by RMB 10 per tonne to stand at RMB 14940 per tonne on Friday, 23 October 2020, from its previous price of RMB 14950 per tonne. The price has registered a drop after a hike of RMB 60 per tonne yesterday. The price is expected to range at RMB 14920-14960 per tonne.
In Foshan, Wuxi and Hangzhou, the price has decreased by RMB 70 per tonne, RMB 10 per tonne and RMB 10 per tonne to stand at RMB 14940 per tonne, RMB 14940 per tonne and RMB 14950 per tonne on Friday, 23 October 2020. Their average prices are expected to range within RMB 14860-14900 per tonne and RMB 14890-14930 per tonne. Aluminium price in Chongqing remains unchanged at RMB 14870 per tonne.
Aluminium ingot prices in Shenyang, Tianjin, and Gongyi have dropped to stand at RMB 14890 per tonne, RMB 14920 per tonne, and RMB 14840 per tonne. But the price in Linyi has risen by RMB 30 per tonne to stand at RMB 14970 per tonne.
