The talk on Healthy Diet and Food was held for all female Alba employees and was presented by Fatima Al-Shaikh, a certified fitness trainer at Alba Health Care Centre. It was designed specifically for women and highlighted the importance of good nutrition for optimal health in women.
Commenting on the initiative to raise health awareness amongst the employees, Alba’s Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Elham Al Eid said:
“At Alba, we actively promote a healthy and productive workplace. Through these health awareness sessions we aim to help build awareness and increase knowledge amongst our employees, thus helping them to prevent illnesses and diseases.”
