
A00 aluminium ingot price in China has witnessed a rise of RMB 80 per tonne to settle at RMB 17,510 per tonne as of Tuesday, April 6, marking the third consecutive hike since April 1, found the Shanghai Metals Market. Data shows the average prices are expected to range between RMB 17,490 per tonne and RMB 17,530 per tonne, with spot contract to be traded at a premium price of RMB 50-10 per tonne.

In Gongyi, A00 aluminium ingot price has surged by RMB 100 per tonne to RMB 17,420 per tonne, followed by the rise of RMB 80 per tonne in Foshan and Linyi to come in at RMB 17,510 per tonne. In Wuxi, primary aluminium ingot price has climbed by RMB 75 per tonne to RMB 17,505 per tonne, while the price in Hangzhou has grown by RMB 70 per tonne to RMB 17,530 per tonne. In Chongqing and Tianjin, primary aluminium price has increased by RMB 60 per tonne to RMB 17,480 per tonne and RMB 17,510 per tonne, and that in Shenyang has inched up by RMB 40 per tonne to RMB 17,485 per tonne.
Among the input costs, aluminium fluoride price has decreased by RMB 100 per tonne to stand at RMB 8,475 per tonne on April 6, following a restraint at RMB 8,575 per tonne from March 31 to April 2, learned SMM. The average prices are expected to range between RMB 8,150 per tonne and RMB 8,800 per tonne.

Aluminium powder price has inched up by RMB 0.10 per kg to come in at RMB 21.05 per kg, according to SMM.
Backed on the hike in A00 aluminium ingot price, aluminium alloy (A356) price has grown by RMB 100 per tonne to RMB 18,250 per tonne, with average prices likely to range between RMB 18,200 per tonne and RMB 18,300 per tonne, according to SMM.
