
According to the Shanghai Metals Market, A00 aluminium ingot price has recorded a hike of RMB 120 per tonne to stand at RMB 17,200 per tonne on Thursday, March 25, following two consecutive days of decline from RMB 17,540 per tonne to RMB 17,080 per tonne. The average prices are expected to range between RMB 17,180 per tonne and RMB 17,220 per tonne, with spot contract to be traded at a premium price of RMB 20-20 per tonne.

A00 aluminium ingot price in Foshan has also grown by RMB 120 per tonne to come in at RMB 17,200 per tonne, while the price in Hangzhou and Wuxi has climbed by RMB 130 per tonne and RMB 125 per tonne to peg at RMB 17,245 per tonne and RMB 17,215 per tonne, respectively. In Linyi and Gongyi, primary aluminium ingot price has increased by RMB 100 per tonne and RMB 60 per tonne to settle at RMB 17,240 per tonne and RMB 17,060 per tonne, while the price in Tianjin and Chongqing has inched up by RMB 40 per tonne and RMB 5 per tonne to stand at RMB 17,150 per tonne and RMB 17,065 per tonne, respectively. In Shenyang, however, primary aluminium ingot price has continued to shrink by RMB 25 per tonne to stand at RMB 17,090 per tonne.
Aluminium alloy (A356) price has increased by RMB 100 per tonne to stand at RMB 17,900 per tonne, with average prices likely to range between RMB 17,850 per tonne and RMB 17,950 per tonne.
Aluminium alloys (ADC12) price and aluminium alloy (A380) price, have, however, remained muted at RMB 17,900 per tonne and RMB 18,900 per tonne, respectively, after two days of decline in a row.
