The 5th Timor-Leste Energy, Mining & Business Forum 2025 will take place on 24–26 November in Dili, marking the country’s most significant international investment gathering to date. Endorsed by the Autoridade Nacional do Petróleo (ANP), Autoridade Nacional dos Minerais (ANM), the Forum stands as a cornerstone platform for promoting investment, partnerships, and sustainable development in one of Asia’s most promising emerging markets. Organized by IN-VR and The Energy Circle, this landmark event will gather 300+ global delegates, government leaders, investors, and industry experts to explore the country’s energy, mining, and infrastructure opportunities.

Over three impactful days, delegates will explore opportunities across oil and gas, mining, renewable energy, infrastructure, and tourism, through high-level sessions, technical workshops, and B2B meetings. The Forum will also host the Timor-Leste Business Awards Ceremony, celebrating excellence in innovation, local content, and ESG performance.
