The GAP Level Actuator has been designed to ensure the positioning of the pin in the casting spout and thus regulate very precisely the flow of aluminum in the molds. A pin has to be mounted manually on the GLA’s arm. During the casting process, the automation regulates the position of the pin and thus the flow of metal. In association with the GLS, the GLA guarantee an optimal regulation of the needed metal level in the molds.
