The STEINERT XSS T EVO 5.0 excels in separating materials based on density differences. It is widely used for sorting non-ferrous metal scrap into light and heavy metals, ore sorting, secondary fuel cleaning, and pre-concentration in mining. This robust system ensures high availability, even in challenging environments.

The STEINERT XTS is a specialized variant of the XSS T EVO 5.0, designed for diamond sorting. It is particularly effective in sorting fine grains, meeting the unique demands of the diamond industry.

X-ray fluorescence (XRF) technology further enhances material identification by analyzing elemental composition. The STEINERT KSS | XF L sorting system uses XRF to detect and sort materials based on their chemical elements, enabling precise differentiation between materials like copper, brass, and zinc—even when surfaces are heavily contaminated, such as in metals recovered from waste incineration.
