SHC-3050 Metal Shredder

The SIMVIC SHC-3050 Metal Shredder is an electric-drive shredding system specifically optimized for Used Beverage Can (UBC) recycling. Designed to work in combination with a double-shaft pre-shredder, the system provides controlled crushing and efficient aluminium liberation to create favourable material conditions for downstream separation.

The electric-drive system provides stable power transmission, efficient operation and controlled performance under continuous processing conditions. The optimized shredding configuration is designed to achieve effective liberation of UBC material while maintaining a consistent output suitable for subsequent screening, magnetic separation and eddy current separation.

When integrated with a suitable double-shaft pre-shredding system and downstream separation equipment, the SHC-3050 can achieve a stable processing capacity of 5 TPH under optimized operating conditions. The coordinated process helps improve material flow, liberation efficiency and separation performance, providing a reliable feedstock for high-purity aluminium recovery.

For UBC recycling, the SHC-3050 is designed not simply to reduce material size, but to create the physical conditions required for efficient downstream separation and high-quality aluminium recovery. This makes it particularly suitable for recycling systems targeting Can-to-Can applications, where material purity and consistent feed quality are critical.

Built around SIMVIC's system engineering approach, the SHC-3050 can be integrated with pre-shredding, magnetic separation, screening and eddy current separation systems as part of a complete UBC recycling plant.
