SHC-5070 Metal Shredder

The SIMVIC SHC-5070 Metal Shredder is a heavy-duty electric-drive shredding solution designed for high-intensity aluminium scrap processing, with a typical processing capacity of **10 TPH**. In aluminium recycling plants, it is suitable for both aluminium profiles and cast aluminium, where effective material liberation is essential for downstream separation and product quality.

Unlike shredding systems focused only on size reduction, the SHC-5070 is engineered to achieve thorough crushing and liberation, releasing aluminium from attached steel, plastics, rubber and other non-metal fractions. This creates more favourable material conditions for subsequent screening, magnetic separation, eddy current separation and sensor-based sorting.
