Cast Aluminium Recycling Plant

SIMVIC Cast Aluminum Recycling Plant is an integrated processing solution designed for the recovery and upgrading of cast aluminum scrap from automotive components, engine parts, transmission housings, machinery castings, and other mixed cast aluminum sources.

The system combines controlled shredding, material liberation, magnetic separation, air separation, particle-size classification, and eddy current separation to efficiently remove ferrous metals, plastics, rubber, dust, and other contaminants from cast aluminum streams. The process can be configured according to the characteristics of the feedstock, including the presence of oil residues and complex attachments commonly found in automotive castings.

By coordinating crushing, screening and separation stages, the plant is designed to maintain stable material flow while improving aluminum recovery, product purity and processing efficiency. Additional sensor-based sorting technologies can be integrated when higher material classification or quality requirements are required.
