Aluminium Profile Recycling Plant

SIMVIC Aluminium Profile Recycling Plant is an integrated processing solution designed for the recovery and upgrading of aluminium extrusion scrap, including architectural profiles, window and door frames, industrial extrusions, curtain wall systems, and thermal-break aluminium profiles.

The system combines pre-sorting, primary shredding, deep material liberation, air separation, magnetic separation, particle-size classification, eddy current separation, and optional XRT/XRF sensor-based sorting. This process configuration is designed to efficiently separate aluminium from steel, plastics, rubber, foam and other contaminants while maintaining stable material flow throughout the plant.

Depending on feedstock composition and required product quality, the system can produce high-purity wrought aluminium scrap, secondary aluminium feedstock, and alloy-classified aluminum fractions for downstream smelting and higher-value recycling applications.

Built around SIMVIC's System Engineering approach, each process stage is coordinated to optimize material liberation, separation efficiency, recovery rate, product purity, energy consumption, and overall plant performance.
